Welcome to AirAisa MOVE SIM. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://linksfielddemo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us (“Site”) and the purchase and use of our eSIM services.
The Site and the Brand “AirAsia MOVE SIM” are owned and operated by Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 1279121P / 201801017105), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered address at The Vertical Business Suite, Tower B, Level 17 Unit 5, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Company": Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd (referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
- "User": Any individual or entity who purchases or uses the eSIM (referred to as "you" or "Customer").
- "Affiliate Partner": A third-party business authorized to sell, bundle, or distribute AirAsia MOVE SIM products.
- "eSIM": An embedded SIM card provided as a digital profile for cellular data and/or voice services.
- “Device Compatibility”: You must ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. The Company is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.
- “Service Scope”: We provide prepaid traveling eSIMs via global network partners. Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis.
- “Registration”: To fulfill your order, you must provide a valid email address, name, and contact number.
- “Legal Use“: You agree to use the eSIM in compliance with the laws of Malaysia and the local laws of the country where the eSIM is activated.
- ”Prohibited Acts“: You shall not use the service for any fraudulent, high-bandwidth automated activities (e.g., crypto-mining), or any activity that bypasses network security.
- ”Requirements“: Some jurisdictions require identity verification (Passport/ID). You agree to provide such information if requested by local regulations.
AirAsia MOVE SIM operates an ecosystem that empowers Affiliate Partners. The following applies to all Partner-originated sales:
“Authority to Resell”: Partners are authorized to set their own retail prices and bundle AirAsia MOVE SIM products with their own services (e.g., travel packages).
“Branding”: Partners may display the AirAsia MOVE SIM brand to identify us as the service provider.
“Data Fulfillment”: When purchasing through a Partner, your data (Name, Email, Phone) is transmitted to us to facilitate eSIM delivery and technical support.
“Support”: Regardless of the purchase channel, AirAsia MOVE SIM provides technical support at esim.support@vibemobile.com.my
“Currency & Conversion”: While our Site may display prices in various currencies for your convenience, all transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). If you are using a non-Malaysian credit or debit card, your bank or card issuer will perform the currency conversion. Consequently, the final amount appearing on your bank statement may differ from the estimate shown on our Site due to fluctuating exchange rates and potential foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
“Activation”: The validity period begins upon the date of activation or as specified in the product description.
“Refund Policy”: *Refunds are only issued if the eSIM fails to provide service due to a technical error on our side.
No refunds are granted for: (a) Incompatible/locked devices; (b) Use of data; (c) Change of mind; (d) Local network outages beyond our control.
“Network Performance”: We utilize third-party network providers. We do not guarantee specific upload/download speeds or 100% coverage in all areas.
“Liability Cap”: To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific eSIM profile in question.
“Indirect Damages”: We are not liable for any loss of profit, data, or travel disruptions resulting from service failure.
All content on the Site, including logos, text, and software, is the property of Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We process personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. We use your information solely for service fulfillment, support, and legal compliance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
“Governing Law”: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
“Arbitration” : Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
