IOS Devices
- Find the Settings app icon and tap it.
- You'll now see a "General" option, tap on it.
- Next, tap on "About".
- If your Apple iPhone supports eSlM, when scrolling down you'"find a "EID" section where your ElD number can be seen, and also make sure "Carrier Lock" section shows: No SlM restriction.
Samsung Devices
- Go to Settings
- If in Settings you see a search bar, type in "IMEI", and the option "lMEl information" (or similar) should show up (otherwise, you will need to go to About phone> Status) Tap "lMEl information", lf the "lMEl (eSlM)" is available it should mean that your device supports eSlM.
- Tap to enter the "Status information" page.
- On the "IMEI information" page, check if there is an option related to "IMEI (eSIM)". If available, it means your device supports eSIM.
How to Check IMEI ?
- Open the "Phone" application
- Dial *#06# on the keypad
- Detailed information about your device's IMEI number and serial number will automatically appear on the screen
Other Android Devices
- Go to Settings, Tap on "Network & internet"
- In case your device is eSlM capable you should be able to see a "+" in "SlM" section to add another mobile plan.
